Brief description of the process flow of high pressure granulation

The plastic products of high-pressure polyethylene generally have packaging films, industrial films, agricultural films and other films. The raw materials are relatively soft, and the melting point is not very high, and it is easy to be plasticized.

1. Raw material sorting: packaging film, such as woven bag inner film, food packaging film, daily necessities packaging film, including greenhouse film, most of these films are natural, but also light blue, black, it is best to separate the raw materials according to different colors.

2. After pulverizing and cleaning, the sorted raw materials are put into the pulverizer, and automatically pulverized into the washing machine. After the pulverized material flows to the water tank, it is best to rotate again. The purpose is to further rinse the cleaning point, and the alkali can be put into the cleaning tank. Clean the product.

3. Go to the dryer to dry the remaining water, but dry it under the conditions, in order to save electricity costs and improve quality, but to prevent secondary pollution of the material during drying, it can also be directly granulated with water, the current granulation Most of the machines are water granulators, which are directly put into the barrel for plasticization from the pool.

4. The granulation is carried out in the barrel, and the raw material is slowly plasticized under the push of the screw at a high temperature of heating, and then needs to be filtered. If the application is to blow the film again, the filter mesh needs to be 60-80 mesh, so that the material is discharged. It can be blown and blown; if it is injection, 40-60 mesh can be used.

5. After the pelletizing, after forming from the die, the temperature of the drawn material is too high, so it needs to be placed in water for cooling, and then pelletized, so that the whole process.
