Introduction to geothermal radiant heating

Geothermal radiant heating, referred to as floor heating, is a heating method in which hot water or heating cables with a temperature not higher than 60 degrees Celsius are buried in the coil system under the geothermal floor to heat the entire ground and radiate heat evenly through the ground. . Compared with traditional heating methods, geothermal radiant heating has many characteristics such as comfort, energy saving and environmental protection. In foreign countries, this technology is not only widely used in various residential buildings such as residential houses and hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, gymnasiums and swimming pools, but also widely used in the insulation of building systems such as flower beds, factories, football fields, hangars and vegetable greenhouses. It is even used for insulation of outdoor roads, roofs, stairs, airport runways and various industrial lines. At present, more than 50% of new buildings in developed countries such as Korea, Japan, and Europe and the United States use geothermal radiant heating.

Floor heating is also a new type of heating method that has begun to emerge in the north of the Yellow River in recent years. It has been widely used in China's Shandong, Tianjin, Northeast, Inner Mongolia and Hebei. For example, in Tianjin, ground heating has accounted for 40% of new buildings and is widely welcomed by residents. The Chinese government has listed ground heating as a key building energy-saving technology. From the perspective of development, more than 60% of the residents' heating in the future will adopt ground heating, and the application prospects are gratifying, and there is a huge development market.

The heating method of radiant heat supply by low-temperature hot water has many advantages compared with the conventional heat-dissipating method:

First, it is in line with the comfort requirements of human body warmth: people will feel warmer and more comfortable when they warm from the foot;

The second is to save indoor space and space: it can save the space occupied by the installation of radiators and heating pipes, and increase the use area by 2% to 3%;

The third is to make the indoor heating temperature uniform: after the floor heating, the room temperature is distributed from the bottom to the top, the air convection is weakened, the water dispersion is reduced, and the heat sink heating is brought to the person to bring about dry mouth and other defects;

Fourth, the choice of heat source is relatively wide, and it can utilize underground hot water, industrial waste heat, heating pipe network, household heating source, etc.

The fifth is energy saving and saving: compared with other heating methods, geothermal radiant heating has a relative Rayleigh number Ra<1, air has almost no up and down convection, room temperature is distributed from bottom to top, ceiling temperature is the lowest, and energy saving is about 20%. With the partition temperature control device, the energy saving range can reach 40%;

Sixth is to increase the thickness of the ground: and the aerated (foam) concrete has a good sound absorption effect, so it has a good floor sound insulation effect.
