If there is a quality problem with the material, the owner must immediately tell the owner the consequences of using the quality material. Ask the owner to select the return and inform the project manager. If the owner insists on using it, it must be signed and approved by the owner.

The mason will estimate the required materials based on the design drawings two days before the construction of the site, such as the number of sand, red bricks, cement, and the area of ​​the wall and floor tiles. The calculation method for the wall surface and floor area is: wall surface area = (length + width) × 2 × height of the tile (half the doors and windows); ground area = length × width + 10% loss. And specify the area of ​​the kitchen, the main guard, the second guard, the balcony wall and the ground, the floor area of ​​the guest and restaurant, the number of floor drains, etc., and send out the specific materials to the project manager.
