Solvent Based Organoclay Rheological Additive DE A2

DE A2 is an organo clay (modified montmorillonite), designed especially for use in solvent based system. It is especially recommended to be used in high polarity resins such as epoxy, and high alcohol percentage solvent systems. It is suggested to be used to replace Bentone 27.

APPLICATION
In solvent based paint. It is mainly suggested to be used in industrial paint such as marine paint, container paint, anti-corrosion paint and anticorrosive paint. 

USAGE & DOSAGE
It disperses under high shear and requires a polar activator for best efficiency. Heat is not required to obtain good dispersion. Addition levels are typically in 0.2%~2.0%. Dosage of polar activator (95% ethanol or 95% methanol) is 30%-60% of DE A2 in weight.

PACKAGE
Packed in craft paper bag with PE liner inside and 25kg net weight, special pacakges can be provided upon customers' requirements.

STORAGE
It should be stored in ventilated cool and dry place. With the shelf life of two years.

Our safety hats are typically made from a combination of knit, gabardine, and oxford cloth with cording and reflective striping of a highlight chemical fiber that scores 380 on the retroflection index. Safety backpacks, on the other hand, are usually made of 600D oxford cloth but like our hats have 380-score reflective striping. Armbands also have a reflective stripe of highlight chemical fiber but with a PVC lattice stripe. They are fashioned with pure terylene knitted cloth and 65/35 polyester damask to be firm, durable, and both crease and heat-resistant. Safety stickers, pendants and slap wraps are all made of warm PVC material.
