First, the motor rotates when stopped
(1) Cause of failure ①The battery voltage is in the critical state of undervoltage. ② Poor contact of battery connector. ③ The speed control rotation should be unbroken. ④ The brake power-off switch is malfunctioning. ⑤ The power lock is damaged and the contact is bad. ⑥ Poor connection of the line connector. ⑦The components in the controller are not welded well. ⑧ There is a virtual welding in the carbon brush and wire group in the motor.
(2) Troubleshooting ①Detect the battery voltage and recharge the battery. ②Adjust or replace the plug. ③Reconnect the speed control knob lead. ④ Adjust or replace the brake power switch. ⑤Replace the power lock. ⑥ Reinsert the line. ⑦ Replace the controller. ⑧ Replace the motor.
Second, the motor does not turn, the instrument has no display
(1) Cause of failure ①The fuse tube is burnt out. ② The battery is damaged. ③ The virtual welding of the battery line is broken. ④ The power supply lock is broken. ⑤ Poor battery contact or plug contact.
(2) Troubleshooting: Use a multimeter voltage block to detect the output voltage of the battery. If there is no voltage, check whether the fuse tube and fuse holder, battery, and battery connection wire are open. If the voltage at the battery output is normal, check the power Incoming voltage, if there is no voltage, check the electric door lock and cable for disconnection and poor connection.
Third, the motor speed is slow
(1) Causes of failure â‘ The speed regulating handle is damaged. â‘¡ The battery capacity is insufficient or cannot be charged. â‘¢ The controller is malfunctioning. â‘£ The motor is malfunctioning.
(2) Troubleshooting â‘ Detect the voltage of the speed control signal line (green line) of the speed controller and hold the handle at the maximum angle, the voltage of the speed regulation terminal should be 4.2V. If it is less than this voltage, it will cause the electrode speed to become slow, and the speed control handle should be replaced. â‘¡Recharge the battery. â‘¢Replace the controller or motor.
4. Motor jitter (brushless)
(1) Cause of failure â‘ The motor Hall connector is defective. â‘¡Poor contact of the handle. â‘¢ There is interference in the speed signal line.
(2) Troubleshooting: â‘ The motor Hall connector is defective, and reconnect it. â‘¡Turn the handle to make a bad contact and reconnect. â‘¢ If the speed signal line is disturbed, try to change the controller and instrument. â‘£ Shaking during use of the electric bicycle is generally caused by poor contact between the motor Hall switch connector and the handlebar connector. Therefore, check the connectors, especially the motor Hall switch connectors.
Five, the motor noise is large
(1) The cause of the failure: ①The bearing gap in the motor is large. ②The rotor of the motor is bored. ③ The magnet steel is loose and falling off. ④ Axial movement inside the motor. ⑤ The surface of the brush motor commutator is oxidized, ablated, oily, uneven, and the commutator is loose. ⑥ The carbon brush holder is loose and the carbon brush holder is not correct.
(2) Troubleshooting: ①Replace the bearing. ②Repair the stator and rotor. ③ Re-bond the magnetic steel. ④ Add suitable washers axially. ⑤ Clean the surface layer of the commutator or weld the commutator. ⑥Adjust the carbon brush holder.
