The corresponding equipment is controlled to ensure the constant speed of the reel and the temperature of the field, thus controlling The quality of the plastic. The operation of the field equipment can be conveniently displayed through the large-screen display, and various data can be summarized and displayed as a form at any time.

The system uses EVOC IPC-810 host, PCL-813B analog acquisition card, PCL-726 analog output control card to form a fermentation control system. PCL-813B should test the following parameters: fermentation temperature, disinfection temperature, aeration, tank pressure, pH, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, material flow, etc. After data analysis, the system outputs analog control signals through PCL-726 to control the following parameters: fermentation temperature, pH of fermentation broth, flow rate of antifoaming, ventilation, tank pressure, etc. The host computer can also communicate with the chief engineer through the local area network. The chief engineer can understand the operation status of the whole plant fermentation tank and facilitate management.
