Analyze the acceptance requirements of ceramic facing brick works

General provisions

The ceramic veneer paste pasting project shall be carried out after the quality inspection of the grassroots level is qualified. During the construction process, quality inspection, concealed project acceptance and inspection batch acceptance shall be carried out in time. After the completion of the construction, sub-item acceptance shall be carried out.

When the ceramic veneer is used for the external thermal insulation system, the type inspection report shall include the safety and weather resistance test carried out in conjunction with the external thermal insulation system.

The anti-seismic joints, settlement joints, expansion joints and other parts of the ceramic veneer project shall be treated to ensure the function of the joint and the integrity of the finish.

When the ceramic veneer is used for indoor decoration and decoration projects, the indoor environmental quality shall comply with the technical requirements specified in GB 50325 "Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering".

For ceramic veneer sub-projects with special requirements, relevant technical indicators shall be supplemented according to the contract when sub-item acceptance.

Unqualified ceramic veneer sub-projects shall not be put into use.

Documents and records

The following documents and records shall be submitted and inspected during the acceptance of the ceramic veneer project:

· Construction drawings, design descriptions, design changes, and negotiation records of ceramic veneer projects;

·Product certificate, type inspection report and re-inspection report of facing bricks;

· Product certification and instructions for plastering, floor, waterproof, bonding, caulking mortar, type inspection report, re-examination report;

· On-site drawing test report of post-embedded parts; test report of bonding strength of veneered brick samples;

· Construction technology delivery documents;

· Grassroots acceptance records;

· Concealed project acceptance records;

· Construction inspection records of sample parts;

· Self-test assessment record of construction process.

Inspection of documents and records shall meet the following requirements:

· All documents should be organized, standardized and complete;

· The type inspection and the results of the re-inspection of the mortar and plaster, floor, waterproof, bonding, caulking and other mortars shall comply with the technical requirements stipulated by the current relevant standards.

Re-inspection projects and indicators

Ceramic finishing works should be retested for the following materials and their performance indicators:

·The size, surface quality, water absorption of the exterior ceramic tile, frost resistance of the outer wall ceramic tiles in the cold and cold regions;

·The compressive strength, water retention rate, drawing bond strength of the plastering mortar, impermeability of the exterior wall plastering material in cold and severe cold areas;

· The compressive strength of the ground mortar;

·Opening time of adhesive, tensile bond strength, lateral deformation, wettability;

·Compressive strength, flexural strength and shrinkage value of the caulking agent;

·The elastic recovery rate, the original adhesion, and the mass loss rate (or volume change rate) of the building sealant;

· The pulling force of the embedded part.
