First, the external fault phenomenon elimination method

1. No power, black screen:

(1) When the above phenomenon occurs on the machine, first check whether the power plug, socket, and wiring are loose, and whether the switch (OSD button or remote control) is turned on;

(2) If the machine is equipped with a timer, check whether the timer red indicator and the green indicator are lit at the same time. If only the red indicator is on and the green indicator is off, it may be a clock setting problem. Correct, (please refer to the instruction manual for details) The fault can be eliminated;

(3) If the machine has a software timing function, check whether the clock setting in the software is correct (see the instruction manual for details).

2. There is no sound in the image

Check to see if the sound is set to the minimum or silent mode and reset the volume mode. (Please refer to the instruction manual for details)

If it is offline, if there is no sound, first check if the external sound line is damaged and the connection is correct.

3. Do not read CF card

The document in the CF card is not created correctly, and the LOOP document is re-established; if it is an encrypted machine, the advertisement is encrypted (see the instruction manual for details)

4. If the above method can't eliminate your fault, please refer to the internal fault phenomenon elimination method.

2. Internal fault phenomenon elimination method:

1. No power (black screen): The built-in power supply may be poor or the internal drive board of the machine is defective. Check the method: Check whether the power output is normal. If the power supply has no output, you can confirm that the power supply is defective. If the power output is normal, the drive board may be defective.

2. Huaping: On the LCD screen, there is no display or abnormal display in a certain area. It is called a flower screen. Check the method: Check whether the signal transmission line inserted on the LCD screen is loose or not, causing poor contact. If this happens, the signal will be signaled. Plug and fix the cable and check if the problem is solved. If this is not the case, the LCD may be defective.

3. Dark screen (screen no display, splash screen): When the advertisement is played, the LCD screen is always black screen, dark screen, splash screen, etc. It is called dark screen. Remedy: Check whether the power output is normal. If the power output voltage is unstable (the voltage value does not reach 11~12V), the power supply is faulty. If the power output is normal, you need to replace the drive board and inverter one by one until the fault is eliminated.

4. If the card is not read, if the cause of the external fault does not exist, the decoder board (integrated board) needs to be replaced.

5. No signal: No signal on the screen when power is on, it is called no signal. Remedy: Check whether the internal video cable and the 5V power cable input to the decoder board are loose. If there is no such phenomenon, you need to replace the decoder board or the driver board. After the replacement, check whether the fault disappears.

6. After power-on, the screen automatically plays red, green, blue and other pictures. The troubleshooting method is: the signal line is loose or the drive board is bad.
