Foshan ceramics exports contrarian to open up overseas emerging markets

According to data provided by the Foshan Branch of the Foshan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in recent days, in the first half of 2012, a total of 25,587 batches of ceramic products were exported from the Foshan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, an increase of 13.23% year-on-year, and the total value of export value was US$705 million, a year-on-year increase. 23.25%, of which the total value of sanitary ceramics exports was 24.2223 million US dollars, an increase of 6.34% over the same period last year.

From the perspective of exporting countries, the top three export ceramics countries are Brazil, the United States, and Thailand. From the point of view of exports, the South American market, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa all showed relatively large growth. The EU continued to show a downward trend in the first half of the year, with a year-on-year decrease of 29.26%. From the data analysis point of view, the countries with the most growth are Egypt, Ecuador, and Indonesia, with an increase of 376.59%, 300.80%, and 276.70% respectively. It can be seen that the focus of Foshan ceramics exports to open up overseas emerging markets can make it maintain a certain growth in the contrarian situation in the case of sluggish domestic sales.
