The recovered aluminum ash will be reclaimed solid aluminum, and the rest will be used as electrolytic anode covering material. After trial operation, Pu aluminum ash completely realized the maximum benefit of the treatment method. Only this one can realize annual income of 3.348 million yuan.
Through the improvement of innovative aluminum ash recycling, changes in tape packaging, research models, heat cleaning packages, and enhancement of metal product balancing calculations and assessments for alloy products, the casting costs of Fushun Aluminum have become the vanguard of Chinalco. Branch managers are responsible for supervising and assessing the implementation of the system within their areas of responsibility, and the quality of the factory staff conducts random inspections of various process operations, largely reversing the arbitrariness of employees in the past. At the same time, it has researched and formulated corresponding incentive policies to ensure employees' support for operational transformation work and greatly mobilized their enthusiasm and initiative. The use of a single-point tutorial on kanbans and the transition of the squad and the team to visualize the kanban function make the production real-time status at a glance.
