Fireproof board

The fireproof board substrate is a particle board, a moisture-proof board or a density board, and the surface is decorated with a fireproof board veneer. Blister board

The plastic door panels are rich in color, realistic in wood grain, pure in color, free from cracking and deformation, scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, stain-resistant and fade-resistant. They are the most mature cabinet materials and are easy to maintain. Therefore, the plastic door panel is a kind of cabinet material which is very mature and very popular in Europe.

The plastic plate substrate is a MDF, the surface is vacuum-blended or a single seamless PVC film forming process is used. PVC vacuum plastic door panels are made of imported high-quality PVC with a thickness of 0.45 mm and 0.55 mm. The door panel substrate is a high-quality MDF board that meets the E1 environmental protection standard. All materials of the plastic door panel are not easy to identify after being processed and processed, and the appearance is not visible. The quality can only be observed by visual and hand feeling.

Paint board

Paint boards are divided into polyester paints and paints. The polyester lacquer adopts the painting process, which does not need to be baked. The surface is matt effect without polishing, and the firmness and adhesion are emphasized. A good polyester lacquer falls off in powder form, while ordinary sheets fall off.

The more mainstream paints are made up of resins and additives that can be polished. The base of the baking varnish is a MDF, and the surface is baked at a high temperature by six spray-baked imported paints. The paint board is bright and easy to shape, has a strong visual impact, is very beautiful and fashionable, has excellent waterproof performance, strong anti-fouling ability and easy to clean; the disadvantage is high process level, high scrap rate and high price. Therefore, it should be carefully taken care of when used. It is afraid of bumps and scratches. Once it is damaged, it will be difficult to repair. It should be replaced as a whole; the kitchen with more soot is prone to chromatic aberration.

Melamine board

The melamine board is similar to the fireproof board, and has the properties of anti-friction, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, hot acid and hot alkali resistance, and low price; however, although the refractory board has various natural colors and textures, it has no three-dimensional shape, plus The metal edge banding and the aluminum alloy groove handle only increase the decorativeness, and there is not much effect from the practical effect.

The melamine board is made by immersing paper with different colors or textures in a melamine resin adhesive, and then drying it to a certain degree of curing, paving it on the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard or hardboard, and hot pressing Into.
