Because the different pretreatments are combined with phosphating, the quality of the obtained phosphating membranes is different and the quality is different. The acidification of pickling and strong base degreasing is large and loose. For degreasing, if the next process is a thin phosphating treatment, a low alkalinity degreaser with a surface conditioning treatment should be used; if the next process is pickling and rust removal, it is not necessary to use a degreaser with a surface adjustment. For the surface where the oil is heavy or difficult to clean, the manual pre-scrubbing should be adopted. Not only is it the requirement of degreasing, but also the phosphating quality can be obviously improved. The pre-scoured phosphating film is fine and dense, without pre-preparation.
