First, the wooden keel

Second, light steel keel

The main keel and connecting parts should be galvanized, and the coating should be intact and intact. The keel should be straight, without bending or distortion. The lifting ribs of the light steel keel should be made of steel bars, and the fixing parts are made of angle steel. The specifications are generally 30mm×30mm×3mm. Both the hanging ribs and the fixed angle steel should be brushed with anti-rust paint.

The suspended metal keel is generally made of light steel and aluminum alloy. It has the characteristics of light weight, high rigidity, good fireproof and seismic performance, convenient processing and installation, etc. According to the section of the profile, there are U-shaped keel and T-shaped keel. For example, the partition wall keel has the advantages of light weight, high strength and good corrosion resistance. It can be used as a skeleton material for lightweight partition walls. It is mainly used with paper gypsum board and its products, and can also be used with other plates such as: GRC board, FT. Plates, Aite plates and other materials are used together.

Third, aluminum alloy keel

When selecting such keel, it should be noted that the wall thickness should not be less than 0.8mm, and the surface should be treated by anodizing, spray or baking paint. When purchasing, pay attention to the surface of the anti-corrosion layer should be intact, no damage. A qualified aluminum alloy keel should be straight and free of distortion.

The keel is selected to match. When purchasing an aluminum gusset, it is best to purchase it together with the matching keel to prevent inconvenience caused by the type mismatch. For the bathroom that needs to install the ceiling lamp, exhaust fan, Yuba and other electrical appliances, it should be noted that the installation position should be reserved in advance and fixed on the keel, otherwise the aluminum gusset plate will fall off due to excessive force.

Four, triangular keel

The triangular keel is also called the T-shaped keel. It is a commonly used material on the ceiling. Because its shape is a triangular shape, it is called a triangular keel. The triangular keel is one of the paint keels.
