As for the purchase order and the accounting link reserved by Muyi, the furniture material is not marked on the accounting link, which does not affect the establishment of the offer. The furniture base material actually sold by Muyi Furniture Co., Ltd. is MDF, which is sub-optimal. Fraudulent intentions and actions have constituted fraud. As the lessor of the venue, Hengmei Furniture shall also bear joint and several liability for compensation according to law.
