The third step: acceptance of the floor heating should be organized by the competent authority of construction, supervision, construction and related units. Completion acceptance shall include inspections of construction drawings and design changes, inspection reports of major materials, products and parts, factory inspection certificates, hidden inspection records, intermediate inspection records, pressure records, and engineering quality inspection records.

The fourth step: warm water pressure experiment steps:

1. Before the hydraulic pressure test, safe and effective fixing and protection measures shall be taken for the pressure test pipelines and components. The water pressure test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the minimum pressure shall not be lower than 0.6 Mpa.

2. In the water pressure experiment, water is slowly injected into the water separator and the air in the pipe is discharged. After being filled with water, check for watertightness.

3, use water slowly boost, boost time must not be less than 5 minutes, after boosted to working pressure, voltage regulator for 5 minutes, observe the phenomenon of leakage, pressure to the specified test pressure, pressure drop within 10 minutes does not exceed 0.03Mpa Qualified.

4. During the winter water pressure test, feasible antifreeze measures should be taken.

The fifth step: heating pressure test steps:

1. Before the atmospheric pressure test, safe and effective fixing and protective measures shall be taken for the pressure test pipelines and components. The gas pressure test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the minimum pressure shall not be lower than 0.6 Mpa.

2. Using an air compressor, gradually pressurize the water separator to perform airtight inspection.

3. When the pressure is raised to the working pressure, the voltage is regulated for 5 minutes. If there is no leakage, the pressure can be continuously increased to the experimental pressure. The pressure drop within 5 minutes does not exceed 0.05 Mpa.

Step 6: The intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance of floor heating shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of this technical requirement, and there shall be no leakage of pipelines and components. The valve is flexible and can only be opened and closed by acceptance.

The seventh step: warming the middle of the acceptance and completion of the acceptance should be well documented, signed documents and archived.
