There are three conditions for the tax reduction of recycling waste materials

The State Administration of Taxation recently issued a notice stating that waste recycling business units that enjoy preferential VAT policies must have three conditions at the same time.

The "Notice" pointed out that waste recycling business units (excluding individuals and self-employed operators) enjoying preferential VAT policies should have three conditions at the same time: First, the units that have been approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce to engage in the business of waste materials recycling Second, there is a fixed business site and storage space; third, sound financial accounting, can provide accurate tax information.
