Zhongfu Aluminum independently researches and develops short-circuit diversion technology to reduce reactive pressure drop by 15%

Zhongfu Aluminum Company installed a short-circuit port splitting device independently developed on the column busbars at both ends of the electrolytic cell, which can effectively reduce the reactive pressure drop by 15%.

After the electrolyzer is shut down, there will be a large number of reactive pressure drop at the intersection, commonly known as "black voltage", which affects the power consumption of the electrolyzer. In order to reduce the “black voltage,” Zhongfu Aluminum has independently researched and developed the shunting technology and reduced the reactive pressure drop after repeated experiments.

Up to now, the company has used this technology on nearly 90 major repair slots. Test data shows that the single slot reactive voltage is effectively reduced by 15%.

The RCU is connecting to the server center by TCP/IP and Ethernet protocol, each RCU could is connected to the hotel LAN and has an independent and unique IP address that is compatible with the Ethernet standard.
On the high voltage, there are replay outputs for the electrical equipment, the relays act as the switch and are controlled by the communication board that could receive the instruction from the 12V switches installed in the guest room.
The communication board is the core as the whole RCU like computer`s CPU, it mainly has two functions as below:
