Acid Protease (powder) for Animal Food, Leather

Acid protease is a carboxyl protease extracted from Aspergillus niger by a solid fermentation technique and refined by an advanced post-treatment technique. It can hydrolyze the peptide bond of protein on the acidic condition and release the amino acid or polypeptide.

Industrial grade acid protease is mainly used in alcohol and wine fermentation, leather processing, textile, food and feed industry. It is ideal for use in the industries that utilize corn, broomcorn, rye and other high starch content ingredients. With the aid of acid protease, alcohol production becomes more efficient, increasing 0.3-0.5% alcohol and reducing energy consuming.           

 

Application

1 .Food industry:Animal and plant protein hydrolysis, proteolysis production nutrient solution, enhancing the nutritional value of the product.

2.The alcohol industry:By using acid protease,Alcoholic fermentation can promote the growth of yeast, accelerate the fermentation speed and improve alcohol yield.

3.The feed industry:Helping with the Production of an enzyme-containing feed to improve the nutritional value of feed, promote livestock, poultry growth and gainning weight.

4.Textile and leather industry:Acid protease can be used to soften the fur, wool dyeing.
 

Usage

1.The temperature area is 30-50ºC,  the reaction temperature is 40-45 ºC, pH 2.5-4.0, the suitable pH is 3.0. Enzyme dosage of 0.1 to 0.3% (in material weight). Temperature, pH, added, reaction time can make appropriate changes based on different substrates.
