In the paint shop, Hals originally used a water curtain spray station where employees spray paint on the rotating work piece manually and then heat cured through a drying tunnel. This process not only has problems such as uneven coating or color difference of the surface of the workpiece, low production efficiency, large energy and paint consumption, poor work environment of employees, but also discharges a large amount of waste water.

After the manual painting was changed to electrostatic spraying, the quality of the coating on the surface of the workpiece was stable, the automated flow operation was realized, labor and production efficiency was increased by more than 2 times, paint consumption was reduced by 40% to 60%, and energy conservation was about 58% (pictured). . In the evacuation process, Hals uses a tailless vacuum process instead of a tail vacuum process, which not only saves power consumption, but also saves the copper tubes needed for tail vacuum.

The same product uses an endless vacuum process with a production capacity of 2580 per shift and requires only 2 people to operate. At the same time, it can reduce the welding copper pipe, pickling, drying and other processes, to a large extent, reduce the labor intensity of employees, the vacuum can be greatly improved, and basically meet the process requirements.

According to reports, on the use of tailless vacuum technology for light and light, Hals averages about 49 tons of copper pipes every year. The elimination of welding copper pipes, pickling, and drying processes not only reduces the amount of fresh water, but also reduces waste water. COD emissions prevent welding gases and arcs from contaminating the environment. In addition, the evacuation site also reduces the radiation of the heating furnace to the environment, and plays a role in improving the environment.
