The “land use indicator” is a land use indicator for the national unified construction project and is applicable to power plants with 50 to 1000 MW coal-fired power plants, E- and F-class gas-steam combined cycles, or new expansions with planned capacity; integrated gasification Circulation (IGCC), biomass energy, and power plants exceeding the original planned capacity expansion or reconstruction can be implemented by reference; applicable to nuclear power plants with 600MW class, 1000MW class new or planned capacity expansion; for voltage class 110~ For new construction or expansion of 1000kV AC substations and ±500kV DC converter stations (3000MW), the ±660kV and ±800kV DC converter stations can be implemented by reference.

The "land use index" is a feasibility study report for the preparation and approval of power engineering projects, a prequalification of land for power engineering project construction, and a basis for determining the scale of land for project construction; a preliminary design document for editing and reviewing, and a scale for verifying and approving the land area for power engineering construction projects. .
