1. Power system applied to ARCM products

Code Meaning of Ground Protection System Type

The first letter indicates the power system's relationship to the ground:

T—directly grounded;

I—All live parts are insulated from ground or grounded at one point.

The second letter indicates the grounded relationship of the device's exposed accessible conductors:

T—The exposed conductor is directly connected to the ground for electrical connection. This grounding point is not directly related to the grounding point of the power system.

The N-exposed accessible conductors are electrically connected directly to the ground of the power system through the protection wires.

If there are letters afterwards, these letters represent the combination of neutral and protective lines:

S-neutral and protection lines are separate;

C-neutral and protection lines are one.

The temperature sensor is a custom-made NTC thermistor. It provides a temperature monitoring reference of 0 to 120°C for the device and can be used to monitor the temperature of the cable or distribution box for temperature protection.

Its external dimensions are as follows (in mm):

Select the part where the wire is located close to the wiring of the connector, and try to select the part with the insulating material. This will not only detect the temperature faster, but also ensure the electrical isolation. The black circle below is a more reasonable position.

• Try not to make electrical contact with the power supply system at the sensor mounting holes

• Try not to force the sensor's leads when tightening the second half so that the leads are not mechanically damaged.

4. Power on the alarm

Temperature alarm:

1) Is it normal alarm;

2) Remove the temperature sensor and see if the meter display is normal;

3) Check whether the temperature sensor is connected;

4) Check if the temperature sensor is damaged;

Leakage alarm processing method

Leakage finding method

1) Turn off the alarm function (set according to the product specification);

2) determine the size of the leakage current;

Constant reset of the instrument: When the residual current transformer signal of the instrument is removed and the leakage value of the instrument is displayed as 0, the current loop leakage current measurement value may exceed a dozen amperes. (The instrument can no longer operate normally)

The meter display value exceeds 3000mA: The current loop leakage current measurement is about 3A~10A. (The measuring range of the meter itself has been exceeded)

Other display instruments work properly.

3) determine the location of the leakage;

Use the clamp meter to measure each branch of the current circuit separately to see the location of the leakage value.

In the absence of a clamp meter, if the site allows power off. After each branch is powered off one by one, check the meter display value.
